InDesign Imposition Plugin
License Grant
Upon purchase, Imposition Software grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use the InDesign Imposition Plugin for your own internal business or personal use.
This license is valid for the duration of your active subscription.
Permitted Use
You may:

Install and use the plugin on computers you own or control

Use the plugin within supported versions of Adobe InDesign

Use the plugin for commercial print production
Restrictions
You may not:

Share, resell, rent, lease, or redistribute the plugin

Provide access to the plugin to third parties outside your licensed users

Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the plugin

Circumvent license or activation mechanisms

Use the plugin in a way that violates applicable laws or third-party rights
Team & Multi-User Licenses
If you purchase a team or multi-user license:

Use is limited to the number of users specified at purchase

Each user must comply with this License Agreement

You are responsible for ensuring compliance within your organization
Ownership
The plugin and all related intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Imposition Software.
This agreement does not transfer ownership of the software.
Termination
This license automatically terminates if:

Your subscription expires or is cancelled

You breach this agreement or the Terms of Service
Upon termination, you must stop using the plugin and delete all copies.
No Warranty
The plugin is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy.
Governing Law
This License Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
