This policy explains how cancellations work for subscription-based digital products sold on ImpositionSoftware.com.
Digital Products Only
All products sold by Imposition Software are digital software products.
We do not offer physical goods, pre-orders, or “try before you buy” items.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you receive access to the InDesign Imposition Plugin for the selected subscription period (monthly or yearly).

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled

Payment details are stored securely by our payment provider

You are charged at the start of each billing cycle
Cancelling a Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Cancellation will:

Stop future renewals

Allow you to continue using the software until the end of your current billing period

Not affect your eligibility for a refund within the 30-day guarantee period
You can cancel your subscription by:

Using the link in your order confirmation email, or

Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, including our 30-day, 100% no-quibble money-back guarantee.
Cancelling a subscription does not automatically issue a refund.
Refunds must be requested separately in accordance with the Refund Policy.
No Pre-Orders
We do not offer pre-orders.
All subscriptions provide immediate access to the Software upon successful payment.
No “Try Before You Buy”
We do not offer “try before you buy” purchases.
We may offer free trials from time to time. Free trials do not require payment and are not subject to cancellation or refund terms.
