Welcome to Imposition Software. The terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Imposition Software.
Imposition Software operates this website and provides digital software products, including the InDesign Imposition Plugin (the “Software”), together with all related information, content, tools, and services (collectively, the “Services”). Our store is powered by Shopify.

No physical goods are shipped.

We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue the Software or any part of the Services at any time.
SECTION 3 – SOFTWARE LICENSE
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use the Software for your own internal business or personal use.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or misuse.
Refunds are governed exclusively by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. The price charged will be the price shown at the time of purchase.
Subscription products renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You are responsible for managing your subscription through your account or by contacting us.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Services. Temporary outages may occur due to maintenance, updates, or factors outside our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Imposition Software shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or business, arising out of or related to your use of the Services or Software.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Software in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Imposition Software from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
